  • Chicken Curry
Every culture has its own way of preparing its curries. Some prefer a more spicy taste, while others prefer a milder taste. But since I love spicy food then its spiciness is just perfect for my taste. The addition of coconut milk makes the curry much more creamy than usual. The fragrant of the curry with a hint of spice is the perfect companion to a steaming bowl of rice.

Chicken Curry

  • Hong Kong Style Dried Noodle with Pork Chop in Spring Onion Sauce
The noodles were cooked with the sauce coating every strands. The flavors are not overpowering even though the sauce is a bit sweet. The pork chop on top is tasty and tender.
