VILLA MILAGROS MANSION Create Timeless Memories!

“We wish to share with people the beauty and soul of our family home. Our sprawling venue provides the perfect setting not only for weddings and events but also for themed shoots and media features. We would be more than happy to host their next special event or milestone.” ~Andrea Liamzon, Villa Milagros Manager and Granddaughter of Isidoro and Milagros

I've always wanted to see a real mansion and witness how grandiose and big it looks like. That is why when I received an invitation to visit Villa Milagros Mansion I never think twice about saying "Yes". It was like a dream come true, yeah funny it may sound but it was. What comes in mind will always be the fairy tales I had watched envisioning I was a princess staring outside on the top of the watchtower in a mansion with a beautiful ball gown and lots of huge chandeliers.

It was a two-story, five-bedroom, mid-century classical revival mansion with outdoor terraces, sprawling gardens, a magnificent driveway, a dramatic spiral staircase, a library, and even a mirador (watch tower) from which one can view the Sierra Madre Mountains.

Villa Milagros Mansion took me at awe with its white colored mansion so relaxing and I kinda felt a bit turn back living in the past.... it became the rest house of the Liamzon couple businessman Isidoro Buenviaje Liamzon gifted his wife Ma. Milagros Manahan Liamzon and their 11 children (three sons and eight daughters) whose city residence was in New Manila.

The Liamson Family maintained the mansion and its fine architecture and opulent interiors (which, among others, comprised of furniture from Europe, porcelain chandeliers and wall lamps from Spain, custom-made furniture by the House of Puyat and an authentic Steinway piano).

In 1965, Mr. Liamzon gave the Villa Mialgros Mansion as a present to his wife Mrs. Ma. Milagros. And in 2015, Villa Milagros underwent a major restoration.

An exterior walkway was built around the mansion to provide a path to appreciate the unique façade and gardens. The driveway was refurbished to highlight the mirador tower. Custom-made Machuca tiles replaced the old concrete flooring of the portico.  The main hallway was spruced up with a new marble medallion that mirrors the lobby’s oval shape.

The masters’ bedroom was updated to modern classic interiors and aptly renamed the Milagros Suite. The Villa’s old pavilion was also made into The North Wing, the six-meter ceilinged banquets hall that looks and feels like the mansion.

Villa Milagros Mansion is open to the public as a venue for special occasions such as parties, birthdays, weddings, launches, and get-togethers.

Villa Milagros works with caterer Banquets by VS&F to bring exquisite meals that go perfectly with the picturesque setting. Villa Milagros is open to working with other caterers as well. The combination of a charming family tradition and romantic environment, coupled with great food and personalized service, has made Villa Milagros a top choice for prenup pictorials, weddings, and celebrations. Mr. Isidoro Liamzon’s gift to his beloved Milagros has now become a gift to the world: a beloved event venue where one can make their own memorable moments.

Joyce Abesamis was born into good food by her parents Mr. Buddy Abesamis and Mrs. Josephine Abesamis. VS&F is one of the most successful Filipino catering companies for more than 30 years ago by delivering packed lunches to malls and offices until it grew into a full-service catering business, which is well-known for its delicious food. Among its exceptional dishes are Chicken Teriyaki, Lengua with Mushroom Gravy, Buco Pandan, and Tempura.

Inspired by their parents’ trailblazing attitude, Joyce and her sisters Veronica, Aina, Issa, and Tine started their own venture in 2008: a mobile bar specializing in alcoholic beverages, which they named Elation. Joyce, even at a young age, helped on marketing and accommodating clients. Aside from her natural eagerness to interact with clients, Joyce also loved to cook and would always give in to her sisters’ requests during special occasions or even just for simple family get-togethers. She naturally gravitated to culinary arts, which became her chosen college course. Joyce took up BS International Hospitality Management with Specialization in Culinary Arts from the Ducasse Institute Philippines at Enderun Colleges. She also trained at a fine dining Michelin star restaurant in Paris, France.

Exposure to European cuisine motivated Joyce to manage a subsidiary of VS&F, one that is focused on contemporary catering. Thus, Banquets by VS&F was born out of Joyce’s desire to bring innovative and luxurious culinary styles and concepts to the celebration scene in Metro Manila. The spread prepared by Banquets by VS&F would have more current fare such as Watermelon and Feta Skewers, Cajun Shrimp and Mango Salad, Carpaccio or Cheese Platter. Joyce’s concoctions provide a novel twist to traditional festivities, making the events more remarkable and extraordinary for the guests.

True to its being a contemporary catering company, Banquets by VS&F also has its in-house stylist, Project Events MNL, which focuses on clean, elegant, and timeless set-ups. Whether it is a black-and-white theme for a wedding or a military-inspired set-up for a baby girl’s first birthday or a chic presentation for an intimate get-together, trust Banquets by VS&F to pull out all the stops in order to deliver the client’s dream party.

Banquets by VS&F is client-centered, accepting only 1 event per day to make sure that their team is a full force towards customer satisfaction.
