Asian fusion of maki basically, they do not sell raw such as sashimi that you normally see in a Japanese roll. Their rolls are more of Pinoy, International dishes, Korean, Chinese, and some Japanese but already cooked.

Ms. Monica Li, Owner of Rolls Republic

According to the owner Ms. Monica Li, the first roll that they made was chicken adobo roll in the states and it was the first thing that sold out and then the rest is history.
